Refund & Return Policy

At Inner Stride Official, your satisfaction matters. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn and unwashed
In the same condition you received it
In the original packaging with all tags attached

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at lonnie.bunch@innerstrideofficial.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at lonnie.bunch@innerstrideofficial.shop.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

EU Customers

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification.
