My name is Lonnie Bunch. I'm a recovering addict — six years sober — and Inner Stride Apparel is the brand I wish had existed when I was fighting my way back.

The Real Origin Story

Recovery wasn't a single breakthrough moment. It was a thousand small, unglamorous decisions — to get up again, to ask for help, to keep moving when everything in me said stop. Somewhere in that grind, I found something I hadn't felt in years: purpose.

That's where Inner Stride Apparel was born.
